The Lower Florida KeysLittle Torch KeyLeaving Big Pine Key, you cross a causeway spanning Pine Chanel taking you to Little Torch Key mile marker 28.5. Your first left will take you Oceanside to a subdivision called Jolly Roger Estates. This community offers some of the best boating in the Lower Keys. Dolphin Marina a full service fuel dock, boat ramp and boat rental operated by the owners of Little Palm Island, one of the finest resorts in the Keys is at the corner where you make your left to enter the subdivision. The marina along with deep-water access and no bridges out to the Atlantic make this island very desirable for both large boats and masted vessels. There are many open water homes, which line the shore of Pine Channel giving you magnificent views of the harbor. These homes start at $900,000. Once in the neighborhood you will notice a tropical flair with many of the homes exquisitely landscaped with colorful plantings. Canal homes start at $399,000. There are no mobiles or dry lot homes in this subdivision. On the north side of US1 opposite Jolly Roger Estate is also bayside. Drive down Barry Avenue a short distance and you will see Parrotdise Waterfront Restaurant located on Pine Chanel.
